Presence is not Technique

Presence cannot be taught as a method.
You can practise awareness, posture, breath. Useful — but not presence.

Presence is what remains when you stop trying.
It is not a skill. It is origin.

Every technique points toward the field. But presence itself needs no pointing.
It is here now, if you stop reaching.
